Make your voice heard
AMLA organises public hearings to gather oral input from stakeholders on key regulatory proposals and policy initiatives. These hearings complement written consultations, providing an interactive platform to discuss issues, ask questions, and share perspectives directly with AMLA experts.
Who can participate
AMLA Public Hearings are open to all interested stakeholders, including obliged entities, supervisory authorities, Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs), public authorities, civil society organisations, academia, and other relevant parties.
Why it matters
Public hearings offer a unique opportunity to engage directly with AMLA's work. Unlike written submissions, hearings allow for real-time dialogue—participants can clarify positions, respond to questions, and hear the views of other stakeholders. The input gathered helps inform AMLA's regulatory and policy development, ensuring that diverse perspectives are considered before decisions are finalised.
